What payment mode are supported?
We have multiple payout options like – Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe and BHIM Upi for Indian users & PayPal and Tether (USD₮ - Binance.com) for Worldwide users.
Is there any charges for conversion?
Please note that Google will charge 15% of your total amount as their ‘transaction fee’ and an extra 1% as the ‘With Holding Tax(WHT)’ and Government will charge 18% as GST of your total amount. apart from this we charge 6% of your total amount as our service fee.
So at last, you will receive 60% of the total amount after all deductions.
What if I submit wrong payment details?
We understand that you want to change your payout details. For security reasons, you have to mail us from your Registered email ID and provide us your Correct Payment details. Our Support assistant will update it in our system and get back to you as soon as possible.
Otherwise you can cancel your withdrawal request and can make an another withdrawal after updating your Payout details.
When my payment will Receive in bank?
We try our best to do the payments within 7 days.
But it may takes upto 14 days and you will receive your 'Withdrawal' anytime on or before that time.
So please hold onto it and ask us if we delay for that time.
We regret any inconvenience caused and we hope that you will understand our concern.
Can I request for refund?
We allow refund/cancellation of your orders as per your request but you have to ask for refund within 24 hours of Order placed with us.
Why is my withdrawal still under process after 14 days?
Probably your Payment is on Hold.
We can hold your payment if we need any additional information about you or your transaction or there is any mistake in your payment details.
If there is any mistake in your Payment details then you will receive a mail from us with the subject "Payment on Hold'. Kindly check your email inbox and let us know the correct payment details in the reply section of that mail.
Our Support assistant will take a look into this and if everything fine then you will receive your Payment as soon as possible.
Unless we have mailed you ,please do not worry. We are continuously trying our best to process your payments as fast as we can. Hopefully, it will be processed soon.
Order is showing ‘Completed’ but I haven’t received my money yet.
Please go through the following steps:
1. Please ensure you have provided us with correct payment details.
2. If you have provided PayTm as your payout method and you have a business account linked with that number, then please check the payments of your PayTm business account.
3. If you have provided Google Pay number as your payout method and you have business account linked with that number, then please check the history of your Google pay business account.
If you still feel that you haven't received your payment, then please contact us from your registered email ID along with a screenshot of your latest transaction history.
